Now Larry's input certainly carries weight, having used them for many years. 

Pay particular attention to "The support time is less than 5% of the line engineers time. We trust the calls and focus on the printer rather than false calls. False calls are very low, usually traceable to the program, too small an area called out for pad."

I use Koh Young.
Best thing since sliced bread.
It is an inferometer system.
That makes all the difference.
The support time is less than 5% of the line engineers time.
We trust the calls and focus on the printer rather than false calls.
False calls are very low, usually traceable to the program, too small
an area called out for pad.
cycle times less than 30 seconds for 5k aperatures on an older model.
The new models are faster with additional software features.
My experiance with them is 5 years on 4 lines running 24/7.

There is at least one other competitor that uses this technique. I
have not used that machine.
