Clean pallets
1. Durastone works
2. flux pallet to keep from picking up solder
3. brush bottom between use if not run through a cleaner, some solder will stick
4. clean in an aqueous system as needed, ultrasonic tank or in line
system, this is to remove flux
5. lead free is tough on pallets
6. replace as needed when they start to delaminate or thin walls break out.
7. At this point the titanium will look less expensive as they will
not delaminate.
