Durastone has always worked pretty good for me. I would try and keep them as clean as I could though. I would usually clean them after a run of boards. Nothing worse than a fluxed-up wave solder pallet...

Based upon your experience, what is the best material to use for wave solder pallets to prevent solder from adhering and to minimize required cleaning cycles?
