Where are the nuts? Are they embedded in the board? Generally, the glue should be added between screw and nut.

Hi all:
We meet a problem, when we finish producing PCBA, after test, we assemble a mechanical part with screw together with PCBA, sometimes, bad screw caused it can not be tight. We do repair with glue. You can see the pic as bellows:
The 1st and 2nd picture below, we used glue between bottom of current core and top of board.
The 3rd picture, we used the same glue on screw to maintain it.
Glue information:
Shear strength >20Mpa(200kg/cm2) after 24 hours
It can be used in -60~+120 ℃ and it is insulating.
I want to ask whether there are IPC standard for this ?
