I check where else this light was used, when they install his lamp on an FR4 board with RMA solder/flux there is no problem.  Have stated cleaning using 140° Fahrenheit water will know the results tomorrow.  Also found that the leads were being stressed when formed possibility of breaking the glass seal during thermal cycles (lamps are running around 95° to 104° Celsius when energized).  My concern was after this panel was potted if not fully clean residual flux could work its way up the lead to the lamp.  Th lamps are tested prior to assembly and work 100% of the time however they are hot.
