The peak temp for the electrolytic caps is measured at the top of the
cap and is warmer than the solder joint. There are other devices that
are lower than 250C max temp. Tedious, but necessary to check each
part.
Just because the oven profiled with 1 unit at these temps, doesn't
mean the oven will maintain the temperature when fully loaded. There
is no margin on the 220 location.
