I don't think they are acceptable. Many of the photos to demonstrate a
condition described as a process indicator per section 10.7.2 of IPC-A-610E.
bd7 12-15-11 looks like it might be a defect per 10.7.3, a breakdown of the
mask with metal inclusions. 
I agree with Brian, the whys are more troubling than the images. What is the
dark material running along the track under the mask on bd6?
