Hi Keith,
Reflow oven for Lead free need more power / energy than Sn/Pb oven, and
more number of zones and closer profile control.
Regarding cross contamination, it is not an issue just to take care with
whole SMT line control such as mixing solder paste and or mixing wrong
profiles.
