There are companies that do the work but often it is for internal
consumption only.
The forum has a number of contributors that can give answers but the
documents are not available.to others. I have a 500 page paste study
that I can not distrbute.

As long as those that work on the internal projects are allowed to
contribute to forums and standards we will continue. The number of
places with the resources to do deep dives on this kind of information
continues to decrease. I wonder how the equilavent of Technet in China
is doing?.

Where I am, the only growth in AME teams and Design is in China. Not
much has come this way compared to my European and North American
colleages.
