――IPC TGAsia 2-30CN 技术组招募成员开发IPC-T-50J中文版

IPC-T-50J《电子电路互联与封装术语及定义》是电子互连行业不可或缺的术语标准。该标准图文并茂，可帮助用户及其客户克服语言上的沟通障碍。最新J版本包含将近400条新术语或修订术语，新术语涉及芯片尺寸和面阵列封装、线缆及线束技术、组装工艺、潮湿敏感元器件和微导通孔技术等，还包括通用的工业缩写词，以便于查找。全文121页，其最新英文J版于2011年10月正式发布。IPC再次启动TGAsia 2-30CN技术组，开发IPC-T-50J中文版。

2-30CN技术组的主席和联合主席分别由来自北京西门子西伯乐斯电子有限公司 段士昊先生和来自深南电路有限公司 杜玉芳女士担任。

由于IPC-T-50J标准中涉及技术范围的扩大以及现有技术组人员的变动，诚邀更多的技术人员加入2-30CN并参与IPC-T-50J中文版的开发！

IPC TGasia2-30CN is recruiting members to develop IPC-T-50J in Chinese

This essential industry standard provides descriptions and illustrations of electronics interconnect industry terminology to help users and their customers break down language barriers. Revision J contains nearly 400 new or revised terms, including new terminology for chip scale and area array packaging, cable and wire harness technology, assembly processing, moisture sensitive components, and microvia technology. Also includes commonly used industry acronyms. 121 pages. Released 2011. TGAsia is re-setting up 2-30CN and kicking off the development of its Chinese version.
Andy Duan will still be undertaking the Chairman of 2-30CN, who is from Beijing Siemens Cerberus Electronics Co., Limited , and Nancy Du will be undertaking the cochairman of 2-30CN,who is from Shennan Circuit Co., Ltd.
Because of more technology added in the new IPC-T-50J and member changes in the existing technical group, more technicians and experts are sincerely welcome to join 2-30CN and take participate in the development of IPC-T-50J!
