询问焊锡线V-Cut后，如果没有及时使用的话，焊锡线里暴露的Flux能保质多长时间？



是否有相关标准定义Flux保质时间？

我们有一个方法可以防止锡珠产生,对于产生后如何清除,目前还没有方法应对



飛濺主要是松香加熱先膨脹，但有周圍焊錫阻.. 做一個自動滾刀治具，把焊錫絲切開一個口，這樣可解決此問題：

你好!

建議:

          1.  可用破錫絲機,把錫絲破開使用,因錫絲是冷卻接觸高溫后錫絲內flux爆炸產生錫珠.

2.  另改用細一點的錫絲使用 規格  1.0mm  或 0.5mm 錫絲

锡珠是手工焊接产生的。焊锡丝是SAC305，助焊剂含量2.5，烙铁温度370±10℃，烙铁输出功率80W

环境温度23±5℃，湿度40%-70%



现在客户是不允许使用镊子，胶带之类的也无法处理元件缝隙的锡珠，我们很苦恼。

可以试试用镊子和高温胶带配合使用，粘掉锡珠。

同下问，湿度控制做的如何？

我们公司目前使用尖头的金属镊子蘸取IPA清理锡珠，但是目前有客户质疑会损伤板面器件。

由于我们公司的PCBA较小（5×12mm），组件间隙最小至6mil，所以无法使用大头的软质材料镊子，也不便使用无纺布蘸取IPA吸取锡珠。



目前我们也没有超声的设备，请教下各位，除此之外有没有一种不伤及器件又能够有效清理缝隙内锡珠的办法？
