As an Idea:

  I have a couple of web sites that don't do much. I would be happy to
assign a location where anyone can upload or download files. 

As an idea:

   I can generate a password for uploading. Anyone who needs it contacts me
once and I give them the password. After that they can upload anytime. This
should help cut down on misuse of that site. 

Does this help anyone?
