Hi,

 For internal naming I started using:

  I0402  and M1005  

  Yes, the I looks like a 1 at times but it does keep things grouped nice.
Actually you can drop the I if you normally use the Imperial naming
conventions. (Or drop the M if you use the metric by default.)

Depends if you mean EIA 0402 EIAJ 1005, or EIA 01005 EIAJ 0402.  0402 on its
