Two comments but with caviats:

1. It has been awhile since I have scored any designs but when I did do
it, I found that what remained after scoring needed to be .012" or very
close to it.

2. Isn't it "no ceramics perpendicular" as opposed to parallel to the
score (keep out zone = .200").

Subject: Re: [TN] Breakaway width vs. scoring

The thin PCB has several trade offs.
The amount of score width is proportional to the thickness. There may be
enough reduced to meet the 0.100 in width.
A reduction of 0.10 is a reduction in the score thickness by 0.035 in
total
compared to a PCB with a 0.200 score.
This assumes a 90degree cutter on both sides.

The amount of web left is the thickness required to keep the PCB
together.
Does your PCB fabricator have a machine that can score both sides at
once
to meet your requirements?
At times, I have had PCB's arrive with scoring not evenly split between
top
and bottom.

Does the design allow scoring and separation?
No ceramic caps parallel to the score with in the keep out zone?
