Good Morning,
We have a need to pass flammability, smoke, and toxicity testing for some products.   PCB soldermask has been identified as one of the key contributors to the smoking.   Does anyone know of a PCB soldermask that is UL94V0 but also low smoke generating?  The two criteria are seemingly at odds, since the halides that create the non flammability also make the smoke...
