Hi folks - Here is the Friday Element Quiz Question:

The Question:

This element is highly unstable and very dangerous due to its intense 
radioactivity. This element has 31 isotopes but none have a half life of 
more than a few hours. When this element is cooled below its freezing 
point, it phosphoresces brightly. What element is being described?


Bonus question: Name the country where this element was initially 
discovered, and name the university/country who is given credit for the 
discovery of the element.
