Victor,

No repairs, straight from the line, can't figure out if any touch ups were done in the area, though. No golden fingers on this board and the phenomenon is always located pretty much in the same area, near the brown connector you seen at the right of the first slide.
I wonder if there is something related to the connector, as Inge suggests?

l'oeil est fraudé ? Peut-être. I believe something is bleeding out from the
adjacent components. Check if there are any more sites with exactly the same
parts, but with no discoloration. If the answer is negative, I think even
stronger, that the issue is connected with the two packages.
