Hi,

We have a 12L PCB which has 1 additional NPTH (of diameter 0.9mm)
drilled in common ground area. As per the design, this NPTH was
not supposed to be there and hence there is no clearance
in ILs around this NPTH.

The affected PCBs have passed the BBT that was done using the
net list generated from the customer data.

This PCB should comply to IPC 6012, Class 2 requirements.

Please give your inputs if this extra NPTH could cause any functional / reliability
issues and any precautions to be taken if these PCBs were to be used.

Thanks in advance!

Regards,
U.Nagaraj
