Is there an article and/or standard which states which FR number, FR1 or FR4, to be used in electronics product. I did find the V-0, V-1 and V-2 ratings descriptions.

typically used in low-price low tech consumer goods -- usually single-sided and punched not drilling and routed -- looking more at the ul public listing, you won't see the NEMA grade on the listing, so you'll need to verify with the vendor....the cheapest stuff i've used is CEM-3, but almost everybody in N/A uses FR-4 and up...
