Blair,

Terra Universal makes plexiglass cabinets to be used as dry boxes. Many hybrid and semiconductor mfrs use items such as these, but they may not be large enough for your application. Terra offer options for ESD reduction as well. They are pricey, however. http://www.terrauniversal.com/

There was a company on the east coast, in the Reading, PA area as I recall, that made very nice stainless steel units, but with a price tag as well.

Another option is to use refrigeration units such as you see in a small grocery store. The double door units having the hinges at the outside edge of the doors work the best [like an overgrown side-by-side home refrigerator, except with glass in the doors and wider and taller]. The glass doors and seals make nice units - just don't plug in the refrigeration unit! Drill a hole/s in the side to plumb in your process gas and install check valves and you are ready to go, with adjustable shelves [light if desired] and nicely sealed units. Put locking casters on the bottom if you feel you need some portability. Probably the best $2500-3000 you can spend!

Also, if you wish to monitor the moisture content within the unit, you can use dry nitrogen, or filter, de-oil and dry compressed air - whichever proves cheaper [or more suitable] in your facility.

Wilkerson used to sell line de-oilers, particulate filters and dryers. They also had automatic purging dessicant columns that would feed dry air off one column while the other was being purged/dried. I don't remember the details but you could check into it. Bottom line being that if your compressor blows a great deal of oil into the lines, you may be better off going with nitrogen - just make sure it is dry. A hygrometer within the drybox is a nice touch. Monitoring the incoming supply is nice as well.

Hope I have jogged your creative juices
