Hi,

I have some small bobbins I make where magnet wire is wrapped on a bobbin
terminal then hand soldered. The magnet wire has a solder-able (heat
stripped) insulation and it solders much better with an iron tip of 450C. (I
normally use iron tips at 350 or lower.

Has anyone seen fluxes designed for this temperature? I would like to use a
no clean. I get a log of flux "charring" as terminals are soldered, I would
like to see that residue reduced.

Thanks,
Bob K.
