All the major suppliers test combinations of materials to SIR per TM 650
2.6.3.3 or 2.6.3.7.  There really isn't a standard, some customers have
specs.

J-STD-001 states that fluxes with activity levels of L0 and L1 shall be
used but other fluxes with other activity levels may be used as long as
data is available "demonstrating compatibility".  Are there any standard
"compatibility" tests or is this another one of those "it depends"
situations.
