would seem likely that my small stock may be sold out faster than I 
anticipated so please take care not to miss the chance, which I may not

order page with a Proforma Invoice. Please make sure you fill in the 
Shipping Details, otherwise I'll have no idea where to send the book!!

Regarding the use of credit/debit cards, PayPal accept these as well as 
their own accounts. When you press the Buy Now button, you are taken to 
a secure page (encrypted) which invites you to enter either your PP 
account and password or any of the usual credit/debit card details 
(Visa, Master, Amex, DC etc.)

PayPal tells you how much to pay (€35 + €26 shipping) automatically
