Dear ANSI Chemical Network Participants,

We would like to share with you a free training program on the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) program, mandatory certification required by the Chinese government for over 20% of U.S. exports to China. This training is available free of charge to Chemical Network participants.

What: Training Program on CCC Certification for Electrical Equipment and Automotive Components

When: September 27, 2011

Where: New York City (ANSI Offices at 25 W. 43rd Street, 4th Floor

Who should attend: Quality Assurance, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs representatives for companies doing business in China - particularly automotive, electrical equipment and household electrical fields.

Benefits: Participants will learn about the latest updates to CCC certification procedures, helping their companies to avoid delays to market in China and to establish contact key decision makers for the CCC program in China.

This training program is offered by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the China Quality Certification Center (CQC), which is designated by the Chinese government to carry out about 80% of CCC certifications in China. CQC will give presentations on their processes and procedures for CCC certification of electrical equipment, household electrical products and automotive components and will take questions from participants.

Thanks to sponsorship from Intertek, the program will be offered to U.S. companies free of charge, though limited seats are available and early registration is encouraged.
