If you read IPC 033 B they have lower bake temp guidelines for longer
times, so you do not have to take the parts out of the reels. Get the
spec and save bajillions.

Technetters,
I have a need to bake some BGAs that are MSD 3. these are on a reel and
I am suspecting that it isn't a good idea to put a reel in an oven at
125 C.
Is there a good source for trays - I need one for a FBGA64 device -
SPANSION S29GL064A90FFIR23 and one for a FBGA256 - ALTERA
EPM570GF256I5N.
