Hi all,

Our company is OEM for consumption electronics, and we used FPC for SMT
assembly, now I encountered 1 problem for FPC, our coustomer want to
know the FPC baking times limit (they recommanded no more than 2times),
I ask FPC supplier for the FPC baking times, but supplier no spec for
baking times, (we baking FPC before SMT),

I checked IPC-6013, but it did not define the baking times.

Do you know which IPC standard defined the FPC baking times?

Is this a important defination for FPC?

Thanks!

Geng Yu
