It depends however the ROSE test was developed far far away a long long
time ago and if the question is actual cleanliness (verses contractual
cleanliness) IPC has a couple of test standards - IPC-TM-650 2.3.25 &
IPC-650-2.3.28.
The first is for ROSE and the second is Ion chromatography which is more
accurate so I am told.

should be performed on CCAs that are soldered with an ORH0 solder paste?
