TechNetters, does anyone have or know where I might find a low-speed saw for sectioning things like ceramic IC packages or PWBs containing ceramic fillers? We had a Buehler ISOmet low-speed, but after many years it failed and cannot be repaired. Contact me off-line if you wish.
