不同的引线、不同方向的偏出要求是不一样的。不能一概而论。

James, 你说的引线指的是Spring-pin的焊接根部?是有电镀Ni打底再镀金0.05~0.3U的. 我需要首先确认的是元件焊接部位跑出焊盘就一定是reject?如果可以accept那么接受条件又是怎么样的?IPC-610有相关定义?

Hi 各位大虾,
我们厂现在有一FPC上面有2个焊盘位大小为3+/-0.05mm,需要SMT打2个Spring-pin (根部直径2.5mm)在上面 。 以前SMT是用翻转头会有20%左右的不良因为Spring-pin移位，跑出焊盘的区域,现在已经改用高精准的IC头了，但还是有1%左右的不良，SMT经理讲由于在回流焊过程中存在某些外界因素，比如，炉子里面有气流，焊料在融化时的拉力等，现在制程上已没有改良空间。恳请大家指教跑出焊盘位就要reject?我查阅了IPC-610的标准仅有关于PTH的相关标准,像我这种有定义接受标准?
