Nope... bad wetting, the solder just won’t grip
-have you soldered a previous batch of the same part number without issue?
I have to confirm with production but I believe that it’s a Yes!

Hello technetters,
We received a batch of PCBs that are extremely hard to solder. The wetting
on the SMT components is fine however, the through hole is a real pain. We
tried rubbing the pads with an eraser but no results.
If the problem comes from too little gold plating, is there a solution to
help with soldering?

(BTW... for those who answered on the stencil issue. I'll send questions
when
I put out some other fires!!!)
