The 'end use' charts are probably not a very good indication of the impact of electronic industry use, on environmental contamination. The chart isn't cut up that way, in the first place. In what industrial sector would you include batteries (or electronics itself, for that matter)? Has our own sector bothered to compile this information?

The use of lead in batteries is probably a pretty good example of easily recyclable 'lead on the hoof'. Other uses are more pernicious, pervasive and difficult to identify, control and recover. More important should be an examination of actual waste content, or should that task be left to archaeologists, a thousand years from now?
