What time is recommended to solder (SMT+PTH+Selective Solder) after opened the PCB Bag - ENIG, HASL and OSP finishing?

Time in hours to solder after opened the PCB bag:

ENIG Finishing
SMT: ??
After SMT and before PTH: ??
After PTH and before Selective Solder: ??

HASL Finishing
SMT: ??
After SMT and before PTH: ??
After PTH and before Selective Solder: ??

OSP Finishing
SMT: ??
After SMT and before PTH: ??
After PTH and before Selective Solder: ??

We have problems in my process that the time between SMT process until PTH same time is 2 weeks.
