Don,

I'll bet the EPA and OSHA will have a field day with this operation. The safety requirements and reporting will be huge.

The cost of bringing it in-house might MUCH more than contracting it out to someone that is already set up for "recycling" or disposal of materials.

My 2¢.

Subject: [TN] Destruction of PCAs and PCBs

Would anyone be willing to share their process for PCB and PCA destruction after scrapping? We have been outsourcing historically, but have initiated a project to possibly move in-house. Im hoping to tap into this pool of experts for recommendations or guidance for shredding/destruction equipment and methods...especially for those that are regulated (AS9100, ITAR, Etc).

I would sincerely appreciate any feedback that you may have.

Don
