目前我们烙铁判断是否合格的方法，是以点温计实测烙铁头温度（加焊锡），如果测试温度与设置显示温度差值在±20℃即判断为合格，否则送原厂调试。（点温计本身是半年校准一次）





现在客户在审核我们工厂后对烙铁合格的判定标准提出了疑问，认为±20℃太大，不可接受。



请教下各位，±20℃的判定标准是否合适？没有专业比对设备的情况下，有没有其他好的判断方法？





注：我们公司产品体积很小
