Barbara,
Well, you have heard IAG, OSP, HASL
All are good if you can use them.
For us, the only finish that could replace Pb HASL was IAg.
OSP, ISn and Pb-free HAL have issues that stop their value in the designs we do.
I have to agree with George that IAg is probably best.
I'm open to off-line discussion if you want.
