Does it have to be Sn60 fused tin lead, or did you mean Sn63?
Try DDi or Sanmina SCI.

Once again, we have a heritage space job that our customer prohibits
HASL, because of the extra thermal excursion.  They also prohibit ENIG,
reasons unknown.  We're having a hard time finding a PWB house that does
plated and fused Sn60, space qualified.  Any recommendations?
