Hi Jean-Francois,
Under edit select modify.
Select the line.
Right click.
If you have a D-code that is right, leave Use D-code checked and select the D-code in the box below.
If you do not have a D-code deselect Use D-code and pick the type of line you want and enter a thickness.
I have only done this for very simple lines so I hope it works for you.

Well... I might as well shoot the question.
There's an option for drawing, very j useful to add cut-outs, outlines and
others. However, the width of the line cannot be modified or all I tried
did not work...
Any ideas?
(hope it's not one of these "I should have seen that" questions...)
