If someone isn't using them for reliability reasons I'd be curious to know why.  I ran out of patience at 4600 cycles of -40/+125C.  I pulled samples at 2500 cycles and couldn't even see crack initiation.

The type of info we are looking for is –
Has any agency banned the use of 0201 packages?
If not, are 0201 packages being used routinely?
Can someone point us in the right direction for this info?
