Again - thanks everybody for your help.
We have verified profiles, verified the issue with multiple flux materials
and validated the flux material, verified solder pot content for
contamination,  verified the issue is still present on bare board
material after simulating reflow, reproduced the issue in our selective
solder process, baked the any possible moisture out of the products to yield
worse results...   I would think at this point Steve's suggestion may be
pointing us in the right direction, but as with everything, it is
speculation.  We have done everything we can think of to prove out our
process and are sending the boards to the lab. I will let you know the
results.  thanks for the input!
