Agree with Keith, there should be no need to thin.  Either use a larger needle or increase dispense pressure slightly.  

If you allow it to dry in the needle, you will have problems, so change needles.  Use the tapered plastic needles, which I believe are cheaper than the SS w/plastic hub.  

Use a tip cap for the syringe when not in use

I don't see why any handheld brand of dispenser unit would not work just fine.  Just do not allow the substance being dispensed to find its way back up the hose to the valve!

The stuff is also available from Chemtronics in 1g jugs, and a reponse I got from them said it would likely need to be diluted with DI water, which may increase cure time. 

Any comments on EFD vs. Manncorp dispensing equipment?
