Hi dear Technetters,

 

We are using Hi-Power LEDs, SBT-90W Series.  A package was opened a few
weeks ago but was not resealed.  Do anyone of you have experience with these
devices?  I did not find any info on baking prior to reflow and, in the
past, we received broken LEDs from our CM and we cannot identify the cause
of the problem.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
