its all about the rinsing,  The water must be very clean increasing the 
resistivity.  The plating bath itself does not have to be higher than 8 
meg but the rinse should be much better than 10.

Good morning all.  I have a general question for those of you who deal 
with electroplating.  How critical is the resistivity of the water to the 
plating process?  I am not talking about impurities in the water, only the 

resistivity of it?
