Use the historical maintenance database and the manufacturer's recommendation in each machine manual to determine the spare parts. Every shop should have a preventative maintenance plan for each piece of critical equipment. The steps in that plan represent the labor cost that should be set aside for maintenance, plus some for unplanned breakdowns.

I need help to have some approximation on the cost that should be included in the CAPEX for the spare part and maintainence of the equipments, fixtures and infrastructure in the electronic manufacturing factory.
