Hello TechNet
I thought I should send along my conclusion to this quest.

After some discussions with Circuit Tech Center (Thanks Andy!), we had a
custom set of traces made. The traces I had been looking to replicate
are pretty odd, and in my original quest I had just hoped to find
long/wide traces that I could then trim to modify into what I needed.
By having Circuit Tech make the traces I get what I need which are:
1)	A trace 2" long that evenly tapers from .065" to .015"
2)	A trace 2" long that is .016" until just before the end, where
it flares out a bit.

Now you can get back to watching the British royal wedding
festivities... :-) Happy Friday!

regards,
 - Graham

Subject: Trace repair, need material source

Hello TechNet
I'm looking at the repair of some RF gizmos, and have to replace a
corroded trace. It is wider than the standard repair materials
available from Circuit Tech (who are our usual source). They only go up
to .030" wide.

Anyone know of an easy source of repair material to replicate traces
that are about .075" wide, about .003 thick, and 2" long?

Thanks!

regards,
