There is a JEDEC (I think it was JEDEC) spec on paper tape. I have that
somewhere. If you really need that let me know, I will dig into my "Filing
System".

I'm looking for a specification for material types and selection of
component tape and reels.  My Pick & Place technician likes a specific type
