The DEK Vectorguard system seems pretty standard.  A lot of stencil suppliers offer laser cut Vectorguard foils, although I think only DEK or their affiliates can offer them in electroform.  Alpha/Cookson's Tetrabond is similar and works in the Vectorguard frames.  I order a couple dozen stencils a year for my lab and recently started using Vectorguard and Tetrabond foils and so far they work fine.

We have over 100 framed stencils and order probably 15-20/yr.  I am looking
into a reusable frame system and purchase just foils.  A few years ago I saw
a couple systems that used an air bladder for stencil mounting and
tensioning.  I met with PNC who has a spring tensioning system instead.  I
liked the simplicity of the mechanical screw/spring tensioning system.
Would like to hear about others experiences with their re-usable frame
systems.  Pros and Cons, etc..?
