We do UL register our products, can't get the approval witout a UL stamp on
the board.

Our notes:

MATERIAL SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH IPC-.... FLAMMABILITY RATING: UL
94V-0.

BOARD FABRICATOR SHALL APPLY DATE CODE, FABRICATOR'S I.D. AND UL
MARKING WHERE INDICATED. MARKING SHALL BE COPPER ETCHED. (or silk
when needed)

An interesting side benefit: We had a vendor trying to get our business, went
all the way to the sample stage, when I found a different company's UL mark
on the boards. Yup, they brokered out the samples.
