If you do a calculation, you may find that it is difficult to change the tin % by adding solder bars. I did some calculations some years back and was amazed at how much solder you'd have to add. That was for a wave solder machine, and it sounds like you have a big solder pot.

I have a question about the variation of the tin content in the solder

Why the tin content decrease more than 1% from the nominal of the
Sn63Pb37 alloy? May it be by the dross...?
I suppose that it will be neccesary to add pure tin. Is it correct?
