The Clumpy family is tightly knit and the patriarch (Kloumpios'
great-great-grandfather, whom I met this afternoon and drank a zivania
with him) has all the family tree written into the big Bible,
meticulously recording all the offshoots in foreign countries. In fact,
it was the GGGF's brother who emigrated to the US after the Ottoman's
mandated the Brits in 1878. I saw that Clumpy is, in fact, 5/16th of
Cypriot descent. I bet that surprises the lot of you!
