why does he ask? Of course it's >H2 or ions of H. There are numbers of sniffers, e.g. this one:

to determine percentage is probably tricky. We use Oneida N.Y.C. As far as I remember, they can determine %age by anticipate bal > H2.
I'm not a chemical guy myself.
